SIMPLE CHRISTMAS WISH LIST

SIMPLE CHRISTMAS WISH LIST

It’s that time of year: the tree is up, the stockings are hung. I bet there may even be some gifts underneath the Christmas tree. The only thing missing is a little Holiday music, and you and the little ones filling out your Christmas wish list together!

As a kid, We would pick out every thing under the sun to put on our Christmas list. I mean it would take hours and hours to figure out everything that we could have ever wanted (Who doesn’t love to have two times the amount of everything). Now, with us being on the receiving end of the list – we’ve decided to simplify it. With us all traveling over the holiday it makes it easier to get down to the necessities.

There is nothing sweeter than sitting down as a family and speaking about all of the things they hope and dream of. My Santa wish list is simple. It breaks it down into four parts. Something they want, something they need, Something to wear, and something to read. This list helps out not only us, but for all of close friends and family to see what they really need for Christmas.

The importance of Christmas is not to get wrapped up into all of the presents. It is to spend time with family and loved ones. Sharing the joy of Christmas is why we made this a free download.  We hope that you have as much fun filling out this with your little ones as we have with ours!

5 Holiday Gifts for New Dads

5 Holiday Gifts for New Dads

After writing my previous post on the 5 Holiday Gifts for New Moms, my brother informed me that I had to make a post for new dads as well. He and his wife are expecting a baby boy in January. So Billy and Charlee, this one is for you!

Baby Carrier

Baby Carrier – The baby carrier is probably one of the most important baby items that there are. This is perfect for the family on the move. Household chores, grocery shopping, musical festivals. You name it, this is the must have item of the season! The Tactical Baby Carrier is the perfect baby carrier for guys because of its army look.

Allen Wrench Drill Bit Set

Allen Wrench Drill Bit set– This is something that I was told by my bro that is very in demand for new dads. He says with having to put together all of the baby gear, it saves you a whole lot of time. Perfect for making them do even more! 😉

Bottle Opener

One Handed Bottle Grab Opener – When you are a new dad, an empty two empty hands is probably hard to come by. But this one handed bottle opener, makes opening that bottle of refreshing beer even easier. Making dad happy to have his cold beverage, and the baby happy to still be in their dads arms! Win-win!

Stroller Mount

Wizgear Stroller mount

Stroller mount – Having a stroller mount is very important for dads right now. Fussy baby, during bowl season – the perfect remedy is to set the baby in the stroller and go for a walk! What a better way to not miss out on bowl games and making your baby happy. This Wizgear stroller mount is great because it is actually a universal mount. You can mount it in the house or in the car. Happy watching!

YETI CUP

If they don’t have one yet, they need a Yeti cup in their life. It keeps hot drinks hot, and cold drinks cold. The sleek design is perfect for personalizing it, to give it that little added touch. This is perfect for in the car, or on the stroller. This cup will go with you wherever you go. The lid makes it perfect for even if a baby bumps you, your drink will stay safely inside instead of on your lap!

These gift items are perfect for any New Dad. There is a mix of functionality and manliness that makes all of these items perfect for day to day use. The perfect thing to go under the tree for a new dad, or a dad to be!

5 Holiday Gift Ideas for New Moms

5 Holiday Gift Ideas for New Moms

Being a new mom myself, I have just the scoop on what to get that special new mom you know for the Holiday season. Life can get a little crazy for all of those new moms out there. These are really the things to bring a smile to their faces!

Planner

  • Planner – With the new year just around the corner, having a planner is just what any new mom needs. I know my planner has been my savior with trying to remember everything, and the best thing about this planner from classycareer girl is it can be used any time throughout the year, and its goal oriented, keeping every new mom on track with their goals! Whether that goal is work related, mom, related, or even health related. This is the perfect planner for any goal any time, that is why I love it so much!

Cordless Vacuum

  • Cordless Vacuum – I tell you what. We got our Dysonv7 vacuum, and my world is forever changed for the better. Having an almost toddler and a seven year old in the house, we were constantly having to take the vacuum out to clean up mess after mess. Furthermore, with the baby trying to chase the cord around the living room & kitchen, this vacuum is great because there is no cord and its almost effortless and the suction is fantastic. The battery lasts for an hour. This is a gift any new mom will surely be thankful for and sing your praises for years to come!

New Book

A NEW BOOK – Girl, wash your face
  • A new Book – Lets face it, no new mom thinksthey have the time to read a book, but they should make more time for it.  GirlWash your face is the perfect book to start lifting those spirits. Thisbook comes highly recommended.  It is an interesting take on self-help because it’s so relatable to everyone. This book I first heard on audible during a road trip. I loved it so much that I bought the hard copy to be able to read again and again. This is what all of my girlfriends are getting for Christmas. Shh don’t tell them!

Water Bottle

TRIMR WATER BOTTLE
  •  New Water Bottler – You see before I was a mom: fitness was very much a part of my lifestyle and now Post-Baby I wanted to continue the same trend. Now that Teagan is walking around picking up EVERYTHING, this TrimrDuo Classic Protein Shaker Bottle is perfect for us. Its different from other protein shakers because it has two different functions because the straw goes to the water bottle spout, and there is of course the gulp option. Teagan has no idea how to open either of these ways, but she can shake this protein shaker like a rattle and get almost as much enjoyment out of using it as I do.  Add in a little Aminoenergy, and you have yourself the perfect holiday gift for any new mom out there!

Wine Glass

  • New Wine Glass – When water just won’t cut it, momma always needs a new wine glass, and The Maars Bev Steel Stemless Wine Glass Tumbler, is perfect. It’s perfect because its stemless, and the lid lets you take your beverage on the go. It’s double insulated, keeping your glass cold. Or hot for warm beverages. This is something anyone would love. The solid color makes it perfect to personalize it also!

Yep!
